THE COURTYARD HOUSE

MMKM have been appointed to develop an existing two-storey garage space at the rear of the property owner’s garden in Dulwich. The existing large building is no longer used as a garage and is in desperate need of repair. Our proposal looks to demolish the existing garage building and replace with a new two-storey building providing additional accommodation for the family and their visitors. The new outbuilding will house 2 new bedrooms and a multifunctional space at ground floor space all looking onto a central courtyard and away from the street frontage.  

For efficiency MMKM are looking to use a pre-fabricated panel construction system to quickly erect the new structure.
